Our Excel Into MSL program lasts 6 months, which is the average amount of time our clients take to break in. Many clients are able to secure a job in 3-4 months, again based on their background and effort.

Absolutely! While our retail pharmacy clients tend to take a little longer than average to secure a role, they make great MSLs! Two of our coaches were former retail pharmacists who transitioned and would love to share their story with you. Nothing is impossible when you have the right tools for success!

We offer a comprehensive suite of tools for the existing MSL, from our e-course, to templates and examples of projects you may need to engage in as an MSL, scientific presentations and storytelling, and even helping you navigate promotion, job transitions and negotiating new opportunities. We are here as your sounding board and strategic career partner. We also have a private online community where you can safely interact and collaborate with other MSLs as well.
